Kiawah Island Utility, Inc. strives to provide Kiawah Island residents with superior customer service at all times. Whether you need assistance setting up a new account, have a question about your bill, or need to report an emergency, we’re here to help.

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

For your convenience, a member of the maintenance team is on location 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to perform routine and emergency tasks.
