Becky Dennis
General Manager
Hailing from Meadville, Pennsylvania, General Manager Becky Dennis has offered her services to Kiawah Island Utility for 34 years. Holding the longest tenure within Kiawah Island Utility, she has facilitated and managed much of the growth and advancement of the utility company.

Michael Agin
Assistant Manager
Originally from Ohio, Mike has made Charleston and Kiawah Island Utility his home since 2004. As the Assistant Manager, Mike oversees maintenance, backflow, and field operations.

Vicky Dyke

Senior Accountant and Lab Director
For 24 years, Charleston native Vicky Dyke has been a member of the Utility team. As senior accountant and lab director, Vicky oversees the administrative and plant operations at the Utility site.

Melody Infinger
Account Receivables and Customer Service
For a collective 23 years, Charleston native Melody Infinger has played an integral role on the accounts receivables and account service teams.

Rebekah Williamson
Administrative Assistant
South Carolina native Rebekah Williamson has called Johns Island home for the last 15 years while working at Kiawah Island Utility for the past two years. Serving as Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative, Rebekah is available to help address questions, comments, or any concerns.

FIELD OPERATIONS

Randy Roberts
Maintenance/Operator Supervisor, Field Operations
A Charleston native, Randy has assisted in the field at KIU for thirty years. During his tenure with the company, he has garnered several accolades and currently supervises water and wastewater operations and maintenance.

Perry Carroll
Water/Wastewater Plant Operations
Perry is a Johns Island native and has worked at KIU for 24 years. Perry takes care of the Island-wide system sampling as required by DHEC and performs day-to-day plant operations.

Ed McCray
Backflow and Maintenance Operator
While originally from Shelbyville, Kentucky, Ed has called Charleston home since 1992, when he joined the Kiawah Island Utility team. He currently serves as the backflow and maintenance operator, supervising the water and wastewater operations and backflow coordination.

Zane Richardson
Night Shift Operator
Since 1999, Zane has performed the grueling operator role of overseeing the water and wastewater operations as well as maintenance services throughout the night. He is available to assist you with any concerns you may have after hours.

David O’Driscoll
Night Shift Operator
Johns Island resident David O’Driscoll contributes to the KIU team as a Night Shift Operator. He manages water and wastewater operations as well as maintenance and is available when you have concerns after office hours.

John Charpia
Field Operations Operator
Since 2004, Charleston local John Charpia has served as a member of the field operations team working with the water and wastewater operations and maintenance unit.

Randy Craven
Operator
Johns Island local Randy Craven has aided the field operations team since 2010. As an operator trainee, Randy manages water and wastewater operations along with maintenance services.

Operator
Since 2010, Ken has served on the field operations unit. He manages the waste and wastewater operations and assists with maintenance issues.

Operator Trainee, Field Operations
The newest member to the KIU team, Johns Island resident Billy Kennedy began working with this seasoned Utility staff this year. He currently serves as an Operator Trainee on the field operations unit.
